Shipping Policy

Check the delivery address, email address, and phone number carefully before submitting an order. Available tracking details help you follow the parcel, although updates may not be immediate.

If a parcel stops moving or does not arrive, provide your order number, checkout email, and tracking details for a carrier inquiry. Check your household and delivery area when a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found; damaged deliveries should be reported with images or video of the item and packaging.

Allow approximately 1–2 business days for us to process a normal order. Estimated shipping transit is 3–5 business days after processing, with no guaranteed arrival date.

Orders through our store are subject to the shipping eligibility displayed at checkout. Use checkout to confirm any free shipping offer, shipping charges, and restrictions affecting an item or delivery address.
